Alex is an excellent Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer and has had experience working with a wide variety of clientele, from athletes to the elderly. He is passionate about the work that he does and prides himself on achieving great results with his clients. As well as providing home massage treatments, Alex is in the process of completing a BSc (hons) degree in Osteopathy, at the London School of Osteopathy.

Sue is a highly qualified Sports and Holistic massage therapist. Since 2004, Sue has worked with a variety of clients including footballers and cricketers to provide excellent Sports Massage and injury rehabilitation treatments to assess and treat numerous injuries and complaints. Sue has also taken courses in Hot Stone massage, Thai massage and Pregnancy massage which she has been able to incorporate into her work to provide relaxing, holistic treatments. One of Sue’s particular areas of expertise is the treatment of whiplash.

Joanne has had a sports orientated background for most of her life. After leaving college in 2005 with a BTEC diploma in Sports Science, gaining a Triple Distinction and a YMCA Level 1 Fitness Instructor Award, she went on to qualify in 2009 as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. Since 2002 Joanne has played Netball in the Watford local league, to present where she is competing at county level in the Herts league. In 2005 Joanne was awarded a Sports Leadership UK Level 1 Award in community sports leadership. Joanne is currently a progressing Level 1 coach for Shelley Netball club and Saracens, where she has put in many hours for the Saracens Sports Foundation. As a keen, sports orientated individual she is now working towards becoming a Level 2 coach and has dedicated many years to her affiliated club. From 2007-2009, Joanne also worked with the Old Albanian rugby club, who are closely associated with Saracens, alongside a Chiropractor, dealing with various injuries. With this wealth of experience, Joanne is sensitive to client requirements and able to assess and treat numerous sports related injuries or provide relaxing and revitalising treatments.

Kala is a committed and passionate therapist who has been practicing massage since 2004 in South Africa, prior to arriving in the UK in 2005. Kala provides a great variety of high quality treatments, including Swedish, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Deep tissue and Sports Massage. Having worked with both young and elderly patients, and along side athletes at the London Marathon, Kala is currently studying for a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy at South Bank University, London.

Ola has over 10 years experience as a Swedish holistic therapist and has been working with private clients during this time to provide excellent relaxing and invigorating treatments. He is outgoing and has a great empathy with his clients which adds to their well being, ensuring an excellent massage experience. Ola also performs on-site massage for corporate clients, at events, exhibitions and festivals and is a member of the Complementary Therapist Association and currently studying for a diploma in diet and nutrition.

Sara has completed a BSc (hons) degree in Sports Therapy and a Level 5, Post Degree Diploma Course in Sport and Remedial Massage. Sara has worked with numerous football and rugby clubs providing pre and post match treatments as well as assessing and rehabilitating injuries, and has worked at the London Marathon and London Triathlon events. She is a very accomplished therapist and as well as providing home massage treatments, Sara is an assistant lecturer at a reputable London sports massage training college.
